Prozone renews partnership with German Football Association
We are pleased to announce that Prozone has renewed its partnership with the German Football Association (DFB) for a further two years.
Continuing the business’ strong relationship with the game in Germany, our Amisco-managed office in Düsseldorf assists the DFB with football development and performance analysis.
Providing consultancy services alongside our market-leading range of analysis products, Prozone will supply analysts and mobile tracking systems for all major games involving German national teams.
Our comprehensive tracking systems will be used to supplement technical data with physical information regarding players in the senior men’s, women’s and U21 national teams. All the data will be gathered in the DFB database which is continually updated to aid with the monitoring of performance at the elite level.
Hansi Flick, Assistant Manager of the German men’s national team, said, “Those who analyse their opposition have always been at an advantage. However, the technical possibilities for match and player analysis have evolved considerably over the past few years. [Prozone] has proven to be an experienced and reliable partner in this area.”
Used at youth level as well as with the senior teams, our technologies will monitor the performances of Germany’s best young players to enable the more effective nurture and development of their talent.
Long-term analysis of international players of all ages is a key component of the DFB’s strategy in this area, and Prozone’s state-of-the-art support is enabling this to be done increasingly efficiently.
