Prozone partner with CANAL+ for Polish Ekstraklasa
Following Poland’s premier football league, The Ekstraklasa's agreement with Prozone now in its third season to cover league-wide analysis, CANAL+ Polska has chosen Prozone to provide performance data of all Ekstraklasa SA matches’ to support their broadcast coverage.
At the top of the Polish football league system, all 16 clubs have access to in-depth post-match and opposition tactical and technical analysis via Prozone MATCHVIEWER, and now to compliment the live broadcast of all 240 Polish Ekstraklasa games CANAL+ will integrate player and team performance data using Prozone TREND and RECRUITER software.
Leading the way in innovative sports broadcasting in Poland, Tomasz Smokowski, Chief of Sports at CANAL+ commented;
“The cooperation with Prozone Sports ensures us a chance to use the world's most modern analytical software. It is a very interesting solution and a great gift to the football fans. Up until now we could think that one player is superior in comparison to another, now the stats will tell us objectively.”
The agreement with CANAL+ is another important step in strengthening Prozone’s position as the leading provider of performance analysis services in Central Europe and Jakub Myszkorowski, Prozone European Business Development Manager added;
