Barry is one of the founding employees at Prozone and has provided insights and consultancy to over 100 sporting organisations. With a masters degree in Psychology, quantitative and qualitative research background and several national coaching qualifications Barry has combined these competencies with his passion for innovation and sports performance to develop one of the most credible brands in the sports technology industry. Since Barry’s appointment to the Prozone board in 2007, the business has reported sustained profitability and achieved growth over consecutive years through shaping a world class brand, leadership team and a credible long term business strategy.
Blake joined Prozone in 2004, and now heads the Business Development Team. Blake has provided performance analysis consultancy and insights to a number of leading football organisations and has achieved a level 7 accreditation in performance analysis through ISPAS. Blake is now heading up the development of the business in new areas such as international growth, multi-sport development and strategic partnerships.
Paul joined Prozone in 2008 and is responsible for Operations Management including the Product and Technology development strategy. Paul has a PhD in Sports Technology from Loughborough University’s Sports Technology Research Group and has worked as a consultant to adidas AG on football product development and conducted research at a number of leading professional football clubs.
Richard joined Prozone in 2007 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Richard has over 10 years experience as a Finance Director working with many rapid growth SMEs and handling relationships with external funders and investors. Richard is responsible for the financial strategy and financial management of the business.
Joining Prozone’s Chicago office in 2010, Andrew previously resided in Seattle where he completed his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences at the University of Washington. Andrew has been involved in soccer at multiple levels within the US - most recently as the General Manager of the Seattle Wolves FC (USL-PDL). Andrew oversees all Prozone business activity in North, Central and South America, working closely with federations, leagues and professional clubs.
Boris joined Prozone in 2009, with an MBA in Football Business from the University of Liverpool. With a background in International Affairs and Commercial Management in football, Boris is the International Business Development Manager in Russia for Northern Europe and Asia, overseeing business development in both the professional and media markets.
Jakub (Kuba) joined Prozone in 2009 as International Business Development Manager for Central Europe. Previously the developer of Polish football website Futbol.pl and chief editor of Polish football magazine “Tygodnik Futbol.pl”, Kuba has a PHD graduating from the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw. In 2010 Kuba obtained the UEFA B coaching license and diploma at the League Managers Association School of Football Management.
After graduating from Leeds University in BA Media Management, Jo-Ann joined Prozone in 2004 as a Sports Data Analyst, before moving in to a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator role. Jo-Ann’s current role focuses on managing all communications & coordinating tactical marketing requirements, developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication campaigns for the business.
Jordan joined Prozone in 2005. A graduate in Sport & Exercise Science, Jordan began as a Performance Analyst consulting to clubs including Derby County, Newcastle United, and England, and currently holds the highest level of accreditation in Performance Analysis. As Senior Business Manager Jordan consults to professional clubs, associations and governing bodies driving new business development in the UK and international markets.
Martin joined Prozone in 2003 working in Operations and the Analysis Centre, before becoming Head of Referee Services in 2005. Martin was responsible for the strategic development of referee analysis services and referee products, overseeing business in the UK, with the PGMOL, Greece, and the US. Having worked closely with a number of International Federations Martin is now responsible for international growth of the business.
Mike Joined Prozone in 2008 having graduated from Durham University in BA Sport. Mike manages the Referee Services department providing analysis to the Professional Game Match Officials. Working closely with elite level referees, Mike delivers in-depth performance insights providing technical, tactical and fitness data to referees, their coaches and sport scientists to assist in development of referees.
Paul joined Prozone in 2001 and is the UK Account Manager with responsibility for each of the Premier League and National team clients. Paul has performed numerous consultancy roles within professional football over the past 10 years, notably working as the Performance Analyst at Middlesbrough Football Club.
Simon joined Prozone in 2008 following 7yrs working in business development, marketing and event management. A sports science graduate Simon now manages the strategic marketing platform as well as driving new business development focusing on provision of services to the media/brand/sponsor aswell as creating a new business unit delivering training and education services to the consumer.
Stewart joined Prozone in 2004, originally heading up business development in the Middle East. Having consulted to the UAE, Qatari and Oman National teams, Stewart is currently the Operations Manager for North America and works closely with the U.S. National Team, Major League Soccer and the Canadian Soccer Association, together with driving US collegiate business development.
Dan joined Prozone in 2008, previously working in software development for 5 years, and a variety of team and project management roles. With a masters degree in Industrial Design, Dan is responsible for translating customer needs into effective software products, managing all aspects of new product design, development and delivery, and ensuring top-quality customer support.
Dylan, a Business Computing and Multimedia graduate, joined Prozone in 2009 and now works within the Product Support team. He is responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support across Prozone’s product platform for customers worldwide; as well as maintaining Prozone’s comprehensive performance analysis database.
Matt is a Business Graduate from Leeds City College, Microsoft certified Advanced IT Apprentice and a qualified CompTIA A+ and Network+ practitioner. With previous experience in Infrastructure Management monitoring and managing networked devices, Matt joined Prozone’s Customer Support Team in 2011. Providing 1st and 2nd line support across Prozone’s product platform for customers worldwide, Matt is currently working on the accreditation Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Desktop Administrator for Windows 7.
Shayne, one of Prozone’s founding employees, has delivered performance insights to some of the worlds leading managers and coaches over the last 12 years, including England and South Africa Rugby World Cup winning teams. Shayne is now responsible for Prozone’s customer support and deployment of Prozone products and training, together with delivering Prozone’s performance analysis courses.
Tony has a degree in Mathematics, is a Microsoft certified Technical Specialist and is a qualified PRINCE2 practitioner. With over 20 years experience working in software development for large blue chip companies as well as internet start-ups, Tony joined Prozone in 2011 as part of the Product Development team.
Joining Prozone in 2009, a Sports-Science graduate from Northumbria University Will has previously provided performance analysis services to Sheffield United FC with a particular focus on development squads. Will now heads up Prozone’s Performance Analysis Centre working closely with clubs providing performance analysis support, research and insights.
Andy joined Prozone in 2003, with a background and Honors degree in Computer Studies. Andy is now responsible for organising and facilitating all PROZONE3 Stadium installations, with experience of over 50 projects. Maintaining and developing relationships with key suppliers, Andy oversees research and development activities and the implementation of new technologies.
Chris joined Prozone in 2004 as a Sports Data Analyst, and now provides operational support in game production to clubs and scouting departments. Chris has a degree in Leisure and Marketing from the University of Bolton and has worked as a researcher for clients including Sport England.
Joining Prozone in 2011, with a BA in Virtual Reality & Animation from the University of Huddersfield, Neil has a background working in educational video, media and graphics production. In an Operations Support role Neil is responsible for the research and development of Prozone’s digital video output.
Angie joined Prozone in 2005 and spent 2 years as an accounts clerk, before moving into her current role of Financial Controller. Angie is responsible for the finance and credit control functions and internal financial reporting to the executive management team.
